Refund Policy

Before you generate your licence: refund available

Farewell is digital content. As long as you have not generated your licence, you have the 14-day right of withdrawal under the European rules on distance contracts (Directive 2011/83/EU): write to us and we refund you in full, no reason required.

After you generate your licence: waiver

By generating your licence, you request immediate performance of the service and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16, transposed into Romanian law). No refund can be granted on that basis afterwards.

If the product is defective: legal guarantees

Regardless of the above, you keep the legal guarantee of conformity applicable to digital content (Directive (EU) 2019/770) as well as the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence within the European Union. If Farewell does not work as described, contact us: we will fix the problem or, failing that, refund you.

How to request a refund

Write to hello@farewell.pro, stating the email address used for the purchase. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
